National Women in Construction Week serves a special purpose for us at T&T Construction Management Group. It’s not only a time to recognize the courageous strides women are taking in the male-dominated industry as a whole but it’s a time to look inward and recognize our own trailblazers: The female team members of T&T

Women in Construction Whiting-Turner Roundtable 

 Our CEO Rebecca Thomas attended Turner’s networking event and roundtable where she discussed with other industry leaders how to cultivate a more inclusive environment for women in construction.

The National Association of Women in Construction deemed the theme of the 2025 Women in Construction Week Together We Rise.  

As a woman-owned construction company, we are committed to creating an environment where women have the space, support, and resources to pursue their passions and lead with confidence. This week—and every week—we celebrate the strength, innovation, and resilience of women in construction.
