Shamblen Appointed Director of HR at T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., Published in the Mann Report 

 

In a feature article published in the Mann Report, it was announced that T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. hired HR veteran Michael Shamblen as the tilt-up contractor’s new Director of Human Resources. Shamblen has experience in HR having worked for companies in the aerospace, electrical, steel fabrication, and railroad sectors.

Shamblen’s certifications include Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Master’s Certification in HR Management from Villanova University, and Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) from the Society for Human Resource Management. He is a member of national organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management and is active in the Orlando and Brevard County branches of the Association for Talent Development. Shamblen is also a member of the Space Coast HR Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Association for Talent Development. He has volunteered for Paradox Sports and also coaches youth soccer for the Mountain Top Soccer Association.
