T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. CEO Rebecca Thomas’ journey from working in her father’s machine shop to now running the specialty tilt-up and concrete construction company is featured in the article “Construction company CEO defies industry norms” published on 6/26 in the Bucks County Herald. A native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Thomas and her husband established T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. in Florida before returning to the Northeast to raise their children in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.

Thomas’ passion for design/build projects comes from a deep commitment to transforming client visions from blueprints to reality. “For me, it’s about the alchemy of innovation,” she says. “Seeing diverse trades unite to create something enduring—that’s where true mastery lives.”

Her enthusiasm goes beyond creating concrete structures to witnessing clients’ and T&T’s collective efforts materializing into a legacy. With T&T’s 30th business anniversary in 2025, Thomas and the company’s vision is “to ensure the next 30 years are as impactful as the last with a commitment to building a resilient legacy.”

The feature article shows her journey in the industry, leadership style, a glimpse into a typical workday, and how Thomas serves as a role model as “there’s no limit to what women can do and be.” Readers also get to learn about her passion for the great outdoors and faith-based missions that she supports locally and internationally.

Thomas defies industry norms with a focus on innovation by championing diversity of thought and being open to the best ideas from any team member. Her empathetic and collaborative leadership style creates a culture of psychological safety where ideas are shared freely. Strategic growth is also a factor and the article shows how, “Being a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA), and the World of Concrete, as well as a participant in various executive leadership programs provides her with continuous education and life-long learning” that benefits the team with opportunities to create new business and long-term relationships with clients.
