Project Challenges

The project scope started with a demanding schedule - start FDN to Panels up in 26 weeks, pouring 38 SOG pours and picking up 251 panels with over 600 spread footers.  

Pouring over 3,000 CY /weekly to meet this schedule while working with 2 concrete suppliers thru the phases ,T&T completed the task in 22 weeks . 

This projected featured a challenging two 66’X 17’ X 9 1/4” spandrel panels engineered at the storefront entrances , panels which required special engineering to lift and secure in place. 

Synopsis

T&T Partnered with Argos ready mix supplier for this project as we done for many Central Florida projects over the years in addition to our reliable longtime partner Samuel Express, patch and rub subcontractor, finishing our panels with the best quality for the benefit of our clients. T&T also partnered once more with Kelley Crane company to provide the lifting expertise to support this project.

This job was managed by two of our most experienced superintendents in Florida, Jaime Ortiz and Joe Graze with over 65 years of combine experience together, and with the guidance and support of our Senior Project manager Michael Skorochod and Project Engineers Caitlin Koetter and Ramon Galvan.
