Michael Shamblen Appointed Director of Human Resources at T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., Published in Informed Infrastructure
A recent article published in Informed Infrastructure announced that HR veteran Michael Shamblen has been hired at T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. Shamblen, who has over 26 years of business administration experience, including 17 years in human resources, has worked in construction and related industries, and he also has experience in sales and marketing.
“Michael’s track record of attracting top industry talent and assembling great teams makes him an ideal fit for T&T Construction Management Group, Inc.,” said Chief Executive Officer Rebecca Thomas. “As we continue to grow, having a proven HR leader to guide these efforts is critical. We welcome Michael to the team.”
Shamblen earned his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and his MBA from Morehead State University in Kentucky. He is a member of national organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management and is also active in the Orlando and Brevard County branches of the Association for Talent Development. Shamblen served as a founding member and Chairman of the HR Roundtable Program, which promotes best practices in human resources.
