We designed a program to give back to future generations and provide insight into what it means to be part of a concrete specialty contractor business. The 10-week program provides robust exposure to different market sectors and hands-on experiences to build real-life skills and develop a deeper understanding of how a construction company operates. You will be exposed to field operations, project management and pre-construction.

A team of distinguished mentors was assembled to help support and guide the interns, allowing for a more meaningful experience that reflects T&T’s 2/2 dedication to promoting a tight-knit, collaborative culture. Interns are also introduced to the work of several internal departments, such as human resources, information technology, finance, safety, fleet, pre-construction and production.
