Building Enclosure Magazine Highlights T&T Construction Management Group, Inc.’s Pasco High School Expansion
In a news article published on 11/6, T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. is highlighted for its work on the Pasco High School expansion. To improve and expand school facilities and learning environments, T&T installed over 21,945 square feet of slab-on-grade, 16,450 square feet of slab-on-metal-deck, and over 27,000 square feet of site pavement.
“The multidisciplinary team coordinated closely with school officials to ensure safety and minimize disruption to daily operations, adjusting delivery schedules and site access to accommodate students and faculty,” said T&T Construction Management Group Tampa Area Lead and Senior Project Manager Brian Cline.
T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. worked on this project with Williams Company, Harvard Jolly Architecture, the District School Board of Pasco County, and others. The high school’s expansion included spacious second-floor classrooms, the school’s Patient Care Technology program, a new, bigger cafeteria facility, and a large shaded exterior dining area.
“This project reflects T&T’s commitment to building with precision, safety, and community in mind, and as we celebrate our 30th anniversary this year with the theme of ‘Building a Resilient Legacy,’ this project underscores our work ethic that has been developed and refined over three decades in the industry,” said T&T Construction Management Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair Rebecca Thomas.
