Brightview to Develop 332-Unit Senior Living Community in Paramus, New Jersey, Published in Seniors Housing Business

An article published on 6/23 in Seniors Housing Business announces the start of the development of Brightview Joy’s Farm senior living facility, a 332-unit community located in Paramus, New Jersey, where T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. is handling the specialty concrete construction for its buildings and amenities. With construction underway in June, by fall 2025 the community welcome center is slated to be open.

Seniors Housing Business notes, “Upon completion, Brightview Joy’s Farm will total 55,192 square feet, with 162 independent living units and a separate, 170-unit assisted living and memory care facility.” The building will also include many amenities to foster community and well-being including a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness and entertainment venues, and covered parking garages.
