Maintaining the desired temperature in a cold storage facility is critical for ensuring perishable merchandise remains ready for distribution. One of our latest projects, a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Sarasota Florida, is designed to meet these exacting requirements. This new project leverages our expertise in tilt-up concrete construction while utilizing insulated sandwich panels as the perimeter wall system in order to maintain interior building temperature.
Spanning 1 million SF, this project utilized 230 insulated tilt-up panels.
This advanced construction technique ensures the longevity and resilience of this Cold Storage Project As Ryan McDavid, Director of Business Development at T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., states,
